Refund policy

At Villain, we strive to always provide you with the best shopping experience. However in case of any queries regarding your purchase, please go through our Return & Exchange Policy:

- Perfumes, and jewellery are eligible for return and replacement only if damaged or broken
- Images of faulty/damaged products are mandatory so that we can review and process the return or exchange smoothly

Return Policy: Refund will be given under the circumstances mentioned above, and the amount will be refunded within 5- 7 working days.

Note: All refunds will only be processed if the query is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
