At Villain, we strive to always provide you with the best shopping experience. However in case of any queries regarding your purchase, please go through our Return & Exchange Policy:

- Innerwear like boxers are not eligible for exchange or return
- Perfumes, jewelry, and sunglasses are eligible for return and replacement only if damaged or broken
- Images of faulty/damaged products are mandatory so that we can review and process the return or exchange smoothly
- Apparel including hoodies, t-shirts & DRY-WEAR Range are eligible for return or exchange in case of damage or size issue within 10 days of delivery

Note: All refunds will only be processed if the query is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
